Traditional haggis in the stomach casing, but larger, often called the paunch, for large gatherings. Made with lamb heart, lamb liver, beef suet, and Scottish Oatmeal. This haggis is as traditional as USDA will allow me to make it. Haggis in natural casings vary in size. Haggis sells by weight. Haggis is pre cooked, vacuum shrink wrapped and then frozen for freshness. It will thaw some during shipping and can even thaw entirely with no problem as long as the shrink wrap is not damaged. When it arrives put it in the refrigerator and allow it to fully thaw if you plan to reheat and eat. If you don't plan to use it for a while it can be refrozen and will be good for at least a year. Follow the instructions for reheating enclosed with the shipment. Enjoy!
